No apologies. Freaky Fast? If I was needing to wait 20 minutes for Food, I would have bought Casey's pizza. I called back, and instead of an apology I get a snobby reply. No customer service whatsoever. Not again. I can get a good sandwich elsewhere, Or make it myself.

Ordered 5 sandwiches and 3 were not correct. No lettuce on one, no ranch on another and no mayo on the 3rd. Most JJ's are phenomenal, this one, not so much. Sorry to have to give a negative review, especially on a small town business, but I've got to be honest.

Screwed up order, average quality, not 1 star because they fixed it without question.

Jimmy Johns is absolutely amazing! Regardless of the prior comment about the $1 subs (which wasn't the employees fault) They have a huge variety, and the prices are unbeatable. Everything is fresh - and I love how the have variet between veggie sandwiches and meaty sandwiches. The store is between 98% - 100% clean almost all the time!! The service is amazing- super fast! Just as is their Delivery! All in all, a heck of a job Jimmy John's!!! Keep up the great work!!
