After hearing this location was under new management recently, I thought I would give it a try. I am extremely happy I did! I tried the new Zesty Garden Club. Definitely a new favorite! The different toppings were a nice change from the usual. The customer service was great. Will, the young man who took my order and made my sandwich, did an excellent job.
Went there about seven pm. And ordered the ham and cheese basket. No other customers in the restaurant. Went there with my girlfriend, she had a sandwich with multiple meats and provolone cheese. First thing I noticed was the bread was hard on my sandwich. She gave me the ham and cheese from her sandwich. I noticed that there was a black hair on the cheese slice. She took it up to the counter and told the workers and was asked to show them the receipt which she did and received a second sandwich. No apologies or explanation whatsoever. There was music playing which was so loud that I was yelling to my girlfriend and she couldn't hear me and we were sitting at a small round table. I'm guessing that the employees heard me yelling and turned the music down to a comfortable level. I was not impressed at all with my experience at that restaurant. Right after we walked out to my car I took this picture. There was 3 out of the 4 employees at the front sitting area by the windows. You can see parts of 2 employees and the 3rd one was behind the paper sign. I would not recommend this place to anyone as I was absolutely in disbelief with my experience I just encountered.
We went out to dinner there last night and I was bragging to my boyfriend about how great Jimmy John's was how he would never eat Subway ever again I was so embarrassed because I will never eat there again I had that sandwich with the ham the salami and stuff on it I said no basil extra vinaigrette and mayo and cucumbers and pickles they have this big sign out front that says free smells it should say free hair in your food when I handed back my sandwich before I even taken the bite of it told them I didn't want it the girl in there said to me I'll make you another one can I see your receipt I handed to the receipt she made me another one I didn't see any hair in that one she had me the receipt back they didn't even apologize for it none of them were wearing hair nets the music was blaring loud we couldn't even hold the conversation me and my boyfriend without each one of us saying what what'd you say when we walked out of the restaurant we were sitting in the car talking about doing a review and we watched all three of the employees sitting down not doing a bit of work at all all on their phones when the car did pull up into the drive-thru area to give an order the girl jumped up ran in to the window was taking an order the young boy with black hair named Lewis got up put gloves on and started making a sandwich no one washed their hands and the tall boy he stayed sitting down in the booth closer to the window on the left on his phone drinking a bottle drink from the cooler out front why can't I find a job where I can just sit on my phone not even an apology didn't say thank you have a good night nothing as we were leaving we had two combos and one was a regular combo and the other was a favorite combo I'll never eat there again no refund not a discount nothing
DO NOT APPLY HERE! You will be told you’re hired just have to talk to upper management, and then be ghosted, which I’m not even mad about that part, it is what it is BUT The GM will get employees to lie and say he isn’t there and then when one honest employee does go get him, you get left on hold for 30 minutes. Definitely shady store.
I love jimmy Johns so much but this trip was disappointing. I will still order but I really wanted this sandwich I ordered the tuna slim 3 and there’s barely any tuna on it. my other sandwich didn’t have extra guac but extra Mayo which I didn’t order. I always ordered two day old breads which I only got one.
Delicious sandwich in a bright, clean, comfortable environment. The service was a bit slower than usual, but acceptable.Food: 5/5
So I work nearby. I ordered online for pickup in store. Walked to the store and their door said lobby closed. That's ok. I called them 3 times while standing outside their door. Nobody answered. I also tried opening the door. Nothing. Even though I saw people inside. I walked back to work and called my fiance to go through the drive through since I had to go back to work... These people told him "Oh she needs to call to tell us she ordered online and then come through the drive through".... I did. 3 times. And didn't get an answer. The food was great. But how I had to go through all of that makes me not want to go there again. They need to have a sign saying if your ordered online go through the drive through.
Great tasting sandwiches! It would be nice to have the subs labeled and don't be so hesitant on adding more than 4 cucumber slices! Not here to hold that factor against anything because I come here for relatively quick service, friendly customer service, and the satisfaction of a good sandwich which I have found within this place the amount of times I have been coming here.
Are they open today? You won't really know until you get to the front door and test the locks on the door. At which point you'll have to try the drive through because it doesn't always tell you if just the lobby is randomly closed today
Jimmy John's has a menu similar to another sandwich chain, but for a better price. The bread is just ok, but the meats and toppings are very good. The problem is, they only seem to make my sandwich order correctly about half the time. For example, today they forgot the lettuce on my sandwich. Whenever I have called about items missing from my sandwich, they tell me "sorry" and that's about it. If they start making my sandwiches correctly every time, I would bump my rating to 5 stars. Update: The website/app allows you to order delivery, but then you get a phone call saying they can't deliver after 3pm. Ridiculous. Lowering rating to 1 star.
