This was my first time eating at a Jimmy Johns. I had the Italian, which had a lot of flavor. I will be going back next time I am in Rock Springs.
Usually love JJ...the sandwiches were still good but the staff wasn't really that friendly.
Online order was not processed until I walked into the store. Sandwich was sloppy, an missing ingredients that I specifically ordered. Waited for 20+ min, an sure they were busy, but to make the sandwich wrong? Really? I like jimmy john, but this was the worst sandwich ever.

Their slogan should be subs so slow you'll freak. Lol I went in two weeks ago and it took them 20 minutes to make my one sandwich. So this time I decide to order online. I place the order at 12:05 p.m.. I got there at 12:25 and my order was not ready. I did not get my order and leave until 12:45. 40 minutes for one sandwich. Yikes!
