Made an online order at 5:49 pm here in Casper while pulling into town, we show up and wait in the store for our sandwiches until 6:15 when we finally got our food. I love jimmy johns but not this one so much.
The guy who prepared the sandwich with long stringy floppy hair and a beard should be required to wear a hair net and a beard covering. Very little meat but lots of vegetables and some of the ingredients were missing from the sandwich. The food was not worth the money that you spend.
I ordered my sandwich at 5:30pm and got it a hour later at 6:30pm. Maybe the need to take the freaky fast off their advertisement! I am located less then a 1/2 mile away from the store!! Driver told me he’s the only driver to cover the whole dam city!
The last few times I have been there Derryl has taken my order. He always greets people with a friendly attitude. He is on top of his game!
Absolutely worst delivery service. Not freaky fast. 2 thumbs down.
Absolute joke of a store! Over 30min to get a delivery, apparently they can’t get more drivers. I would say don’t bother ordering from here if you actually need something quick.
