Food is always fresh and fast. Friendly staff as well. Like that you can get the lettuce wrapped unwich.
Ordered at the Counter. 3 wraps and a sandwich 37$ total. They made the order, set it up on the counter and didnt say a word. I knew it was mine got up and lietrally had to ask for a bag to put it in. The young man behind the counter grabs a bag and sets it on the counter. Seriously.... he couldnt have bagged my order for me?? Crazy. 5 employees behind the counter 2 customers with orders and I had to bag up my own food. Ridiculous.
If you enjoy waiting over an hour and a half for your delivery, this is the $17 per combo sandwich shop for you.
Mostly great service from here. Admittedly, there have been a couple times where the order was wrong, otherwise it's a great place. Would recommend!
This was my first time visiting. I've never seen faster service. I was shocked. Literally by the time I finished ordering a paying. My food was done.Food: 5/5
All time worst jimmy johns. Never opened, never has enough bread, never has right ingredients. End this location or get different owners, its the worst.
Food is same as always but the customer service is terrible. They are all standing around doing nothing and when I ask for a napkin the one guy acts like it’s the end of the world to help me. Didn’t greet me when coming in. They were more interested in having conversations with each other than wanting to help me.

Very dissatisfied and disappointing. Again no napkins no straw for my soda. Not the first time this has happened. Order a Big John with Cucumbers, Pickles and Peppers and literally had 1 of each on each half of my sub. Wont be here again for some time.
What can I say about this location? As of today, not much at all. I ordered 2 turkey toms, received 1 turkey tom and a bacon and tomato on bread. Oh and while eating the sub I thought was correct, well I thought it tasted weird, and it had pickles on it... not what I ordered either. How do you get this wrong and then to have the staff answering the phone be rude, unprofessional and give attitude. Not even an apology and only provided one when they were called out on their behavior and lack of said apology. Manager was also extremely rude and was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to find anything wrong with the way staff spoke to a customer at all. Manager only apologized for the mistake after I stated they never even apologized for the mixup in the first place. Very frustrating as there was a set time that I had for lunch and felt delivery from here was the quickest and easiest. The driver who delivered both times was super friendly and apologetic when it wasn't even his fault. Only professional at the restaurant today.
