2nd time, in a row we did not get what we ordered. Called to let them know and rude, snooty customer service. They didn't care. Very disappointed. Not the Jimmy John's we are used to.

Everything was great till we tried to leave the parking lot,we were surrounded and blocked in from cars waiting on the drive thru lane.with a little creativity and considerate customer's we were able to finally exit the parking lot.
