I've always thought of Jimmy John's as kind of a good to average fast food sandwich place, but recently discovered their Unwich..... A filling roast beef and turkey sub with only 320 Cal and virtually no bad carbs..... Sign me up!Food: 5/5
It was my first time ordering from here. The guy knocked on my door, didn't even look at me and walked away. Unfortunately they forgot a bag of chips.That they charge $2 for. When they were delivered for the second time they were thrown on the floor in my hallway.
Took 45 minutes for delivery of one sandwich! I am less than 5 minutes away. I tried calling the store to check on the status after 20 min. and the phone just rang and rang. I tried again 15 minutes after that and the person that answered was nice and said they just left with my sandwich. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Freaky Slow
Takes 30+ minutes for delivery almost every time I’ve orders from here. Food tastes good though.
I received an email indicating that I had a free side added to my account, which prompted this message. I generally really like Jimmy John's and have eaten at several different stores over the last 20 years. I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but for some reason my sandwiches often have a fishy aftertaste. My wife, who only ever orders the Beach Club un-which lettuce wrap, pointed this out a few years back. She'd get part of the way in to eating her sandwich/wrap, and then stop, saying that it tasted fishy and sort of grossed her out. I didn't notice it at the time with my sandwich, and we didn't completely give up at that point. But, after maybe 3 tries, my wife will no longer eat Jimmy John's. I have also noticed this on a couple of my orders as well since she first noticed it. I'm not sure if there is some cross-contamination occurring after making the tuna salad, but something is not right. I'll give it another shot, one of these days, because I really do love Jimmy John's sandwiches, especially The Gargantuan. Sorry for not reporting this earlier. I'm not trying to get anything for free, nothing like that. But if both my wife and I have noticed this, I don't think we're imagining it, and I wanted to make the management aware of our experience, hoping that the issue gets resolved.
Ordered #6 The Veggie with Dijon mustard. Had to wait a long time to get my order even though there was no one in front or behind me. Had to get out of car to be able to get sandwich because of cement pillars in the way. Got home and sandwich was missing mustard, avocado, and cucumbers. Will never go back and do not recommend.
Waited for 25 minutes and got probably the worst JJ sandwiches I've ever had. Normally don't mind waiting for food but to get what we got was very disappointing to say the least.
It's been a few years since I had JJ's, so I thought I would get some for the family. The sandwiches were fine, but at $9 for some bread and a couple thin slices of meat and maybe cheese, it's way overpriced. It was over $35 for just 4 subs 3 regular, one with added cheese, and one slim. It's not that good.
It took forever for them to get my order ready. It was a bunch of young kids working there and they were more interested in their conversations other than my order. I waited at the window for 12 minutes! When we opened our food it was awful. Awful in presentation and in taste. The pickles were slimy and gross. Nothing about our food seemed fresh! I will NEVER go there again!
Ingredients were fresh but that’s really the only positive thing I have to say. Ordered a spicy Italian with extra hot peppers, I only got 4. There was 6 people working and the service was very slow especially considering there was only 1 other customer in the store and 1 in the drive-thru.
