Jimmy John's

This Jimmy John’s is a really good choice for a healthier meal in Marquette, Michigan. We typically visit this restaurant once a week. Overall no complaints except they NEVER include napkins when you place an online order to be picked up in the drive through. The location is very convenient. Just watch out for other drivers when entering and exiting the drive through. We typically see at least two vehicles enter the wrong way from the parking lot Exit Only. They have incorrectly made our order in the past but not in several months. We will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Vegetarian options: You can customize your order any way you want. The vegetables are always fresh and tasty. Parking: The parking is sufficient for this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: You can customize your order any way you want.

Food was freaky fresh and fast. Yet the costumer service was even freakier and faster to help when we got stuck in a snowbank on the way out of the drive through. Literally like 30 seconds after we were stuck. Amazing customer serviceFood: 5/5

Great service, food came out quick. When we got stuck on the way out the employees came out and dug us out freaky fast! Amazing job!

Definitely NOT "freaky fast". One person making sandwiches while others were standing around doing nothing. One or two were just watching instead of helping. Waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches. Food: 2/5

Went to Jimmy John's to try the new all American beef crunch. Was greeted instantly by someone named Chris. He listened politely and helped me craft the sub I actually wanted. The sub came out really quick, I ate it almost as fast as I got it. I was then asked how I liked the special. It was a hit! The thousand island and the onion Tangiers on a roast beef. Toooooo good. Chris was excited to hear! Will visit again! Mqt.onewheel.

What kind of JJ’s closes at 3 on Saturday for the weekend. This is the most prime time to be eating a sub. Mabye close on two weekdays rather than the time people will want jj’s the most

I worked here a few years ago and have subsequently experienced other Jimmy John's. This was the most on point jimmy johns ive been too. We did a better job here than any other jimmy johns ive been too since. And honestly, I would be comfortable considering eating off the floor here if they do the same things we did.

I've asked for extra condiments 3 times and I've never received them. I've only ordered from them 3 times. Much better places in Marquette that actually care about their customers.
