Waited 40 minutes for an online order while people that came into the store got theirs in 5. After the wait we were rewarded with.. Rock hard bread and bare minimum toppings, enough to qualify as a sandwich I guess.. Picture of me pressing on the bottom with my nail, and how much the sandwich is compressing but the bun is stiff as a board. Edit: I wanted to come back and update the review to add a star after receiving a response from the Area Manager, I was not expecting credit back but I'll use it to give the location another shot. I won't be able to speak for whether the online ordering queueing improved though. Final edit: Jimmy John's kept their word. Even though the credit was not there when I came to the location, they called their area manager who approved the credit with a quick show of the email from him. The sandwiches I got were a lot better, the bread was fluffy, and they were full of toppings. I waited maybe 5 minutes for both giant sandwiches which are pictured.
I order my food which was 49 dollars and some change, when I arrived I went to pay with a brand new 100 bill from the bank to which I was told I could not use and that they don’t accept them anymore. For starters when does a chain jimmy john’s not accept all forms of US currency, Second we are in 2023 this was probably the least proactive way of solving a counterfeit problem, couple easy recommendations a simple thing called a money marker or you can get a device that actually reads the money. Just poor customer service.
Typical sub joint but they do have good sandwiches. Price is what you'd expect, 10 per sandwich. Fun signs but they don't toast sandwiches.Food: 4/5

I have ordered delivery from this location many times before. Now they are suddenly not delivering in my area. The inconsistency is disappointing.
A sandwich shop that can’t make a sandwich.
I have had it with this Jimmy John’s location. I have been ordering from them for a long time, but over the last few months, they have been messing up my orders more and more. They just now messed up my order completely. The person who made my sandwich answered the phone and not only did I not get an apology, they told me it’s going to be a long wait because they’re “backed up and only have one driver”. I understand that, but I placed my order well before everyone else and my remake should have been jumped to the top of the queue. Or maybe offer me a free drink or a free cookie or refund my order! Ridiculous.
Trash location. Ordered food for my pregnant wife and it never showed up. Again. This has happened multiple times. There’s a phone number for the store but no one ever answers. There is no other way to contact anyone with Jimmy John’s. I understand it’s a franchise, there should still be SOME way to contact SOMEONE. This franchise has steadily gone down hill over the years and with all the options out there, freaky fast is about the only thing that separates them. They have either not shown up or it has taken a significant amount of time. I will gladly pay another business. As far as I’m concerned, taking my money and not providing goods or services nor providing a way for me to get a refund is theft.
The crew working there now is much more friendly and welcoming. Course the food speaks for itself. I stopped going to that JJ location due to the former crew being really bad.
I've been ordering here for 8 years and they are the best! Today was the 1st time there was a mistake, and it was my honest mistake not theirs. These guys not only remade my sandwich but delivered it to me too! They went above and beyond. Thanks guys!
