Nanci and Jimella's is such a wonderful place! We had a very memorable evening as the food was just delicious.
Fresh herb bread comes out first and is quite tasty. We decided to share fried calamari for an appetizer, and while many places offer it, the fried squid here is very light, extra crisp, and not heavy at all. The accompanying aoli has a great punch of garlic, all in all a super flavorful appetizer.
I had the bouillabaisse which was loaded with seafood and the broth was yummy. My dining partner had the seafood pasta. Lovely light sauce with shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection. Both dishes showed a real mastery of seafood, with shellfish and fish both delicate and moist.
Dessert options are really awesome, you have to try and save room! I had a chocolate ganache with caramel sauce, my dining partner had a chocolate mousse. Just phenomenal, not too sweet either.
The wine and beer list is great as well.
All in all a really outstanding place to eat!

It was the last night, we will miss Nancy and the staff and of course the wonderful food. The end of a great restaurant 😑

I've only eaten there once, but wasn't pleased with the food. My order was simple: fish n chips and a cup of clam chowder. The fish was excellent, nicely crisp and good flavor. But the fries were undercooked and oily. The clam chowder was thin, under seasoned, and the potatoes were very undercooked. It was a bit pricy for what I ordered. I would give them another chance however. Staff were very friendly and the décor was nice and welcoming.

Amazing food and service. The Crab N Mac was excellent!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a bit expensive but the food is worth the tab.

Just finished my left overs from my last visit to Nanci and Jimella's. I had the seafood pasta. I frequently have this dish in restaurants but this is the best I ever had, the buttery sauce, large shrimp, sausage and wild mushrooms. The best ever.
