I waited 15 minutes at the self-checkout for an employee to help confirm a voided item, but every employee who walked by completely ignored me. It was frustrating and humiliating to be treated that way. Honestly, it feels like this No Frills prioritizes hiring based on connections rather than finding people who are genuinely good at their jobs.
This store is my main grocery store. Three days ago I went shopping from there and I lost my sunglasses an expensive one in the store and I didn’t think I can find it anymore. To my surprise when I asked this young gentleman, Ryan, who was supervising self check out area, after he made sure I am giving the right information, returned it to me. It feels good to see such honesty, professional manner and customer care services in young generations. God bless you Ryan
My experience today at your store was unacceptable because your cashier was rude. I bought two fruits assumed they were pears. When I came to the counter she asked me what do you call these fruits I said aren't they pears? She said you don't read before you buy them. That is not the way you speak to a customer. Very disrespectful. You guys should improve your customers service. Thanks
This location is constantly out of low fat dairy options. The dairy manager doesn't care if there is skim milk or no fat greek yogurt available. There's maybe a 50/50 chance you will find them. They will also have beef on sale in the flyer but this location rarely has it for sale. Very frustrating.
