Jim's Moving

Nick and Jr. moved us out of our apartment this weekend. We were very impressed with the booking process and both the owner and the movers called the day before to confirm logistics. On the day of, we had some challenges with our building elevators (not the mover's fault) and they made the most of the down time we experienced. They were polite, very considerate of our belongings that we identified as delicate, and fair on price and hours worked. They were also happy to have us jump in to help once we were behind on time from our elevator issues. I would definitely recommend this moving company to family and friends. Professional, fair price and outstanding service.

Wanted to post earlier, but still unpacking. Cannot say enough good things about Meredith and his crew at Jim's Moving. Prompt, professional, took great care and attention with our possessions AND our new home. We've had other experiences with other companies, one a national corporate firm, that didn't come close to the service received from Jim's. Will be happily and confidently referring them to friends and family.

We used Jims Moving in Surrey at the end of May 2017 and I was SO pleased with their communication, honesty, integrity, efficiency, and friendliness. Nothing was broken or missing and I highly recommend choosing these guys for your move!! Thank you Meredith for ensuring that we had a stress free moving experience!! :)

EXCELLENT movers. I spoke with Meredith a few times prior to our appointment and sorted out the details. They showed up a few minutes early and eager to get moving. We had a slightly difficult entrance to where we were moving out of, and they took the challenge in stride. Once we were at our new place they were very careful to try and not track anything onto our brand new floors. I cannot stress enough how great the entire experience was. To top it all off, the phone estimate I was given was bang on, and in the end was WELL worth hiring this company. Very highly recommended!!! Great work!
