Dr. Patterson is excellent. She is especially patient with kids. She genuinely cares about her patients & takes time to listen. Her front desk staff are professional and courteous & went out of their way to assist me with an order and insurance. Great service.

I recently switched to this clinic and was lucky enough to get Dr. Jill Paterson. However, I'm reluctant to tell you more about her, because if more people change optometrists, Jill may not be available when I want to book an appointment!

I went in for an emergency. The staff was able to schedule me within a few hours. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained my medical condition in simple language and diagram. I was in and out with my prescription in minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied.

If someone could pick up the phone, that would be a good start. I've called twice to make an appointment and no one ever picks up the phone. If they had a website we could do it by email. This is 2019.
