The service today was fast and very professional. Simon especially looked after me with total respect and looked after my needs perfectly. Got my oil/fluids changed here. Really friendly and polite staff. Very short wait time, no aggressive sales tactics. I come here instead of the Free Cadillac service because it's just such a smoother operation. I've had 4 oil changes in a row here and always have had good service. Great experience from start to finish - we were on our way back from Toronto to the US after moving my daughter out of uni when we found an oil leak. Stopped by Etobicoke Jiffy Lube and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the repair options. Before we knew it we were on our way. Keynan and his team helped me resolve what I thought was a difficult tire rotation on my older Volvo. One of the bolts got jammed and it looked as if I’d need to get it towed out of their garage in order to move it, based on how the wheel was jammed. However, in partnership with the team at this location, we resolved it quickly. They were helpful, professional and courteous through the entire ordeal. Highly recommend this location and team for the excellent work they do.Service: Tires
I was very impressed with my experience at this particular Jiffy Lube. I've been to others before as well as other similar type business but found the people at this location to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative to what they were doing and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. I was in and out quickly and happy with my experience. I will certainly return.
I just want to start by saying Jesse and the jiffy lube team were AMAZING to deal with. From the moment I called in they were SUPER helpful and understanding. Me being a first time customer and not knowing what to expect. They took care of me the moment they answered the phone. What a beautiful experience this really was. They weren't pushy at all they gave me the information recommended everything I wanted for my vehicle. Honestly life in general in this society we live in is amazing when you have to deal with good human beings that cross your path. Keep up the great work TEAM. Have been coming here for approx the last year for oil changes, the slight drive out of the way is worth it. Friendly, professional and efficient. No issue of trying to push unnecessary service. Keynan made sure we had a great experience.
want to send a special thanks to Adi and the whole team at Jiffy Lube who took me in for an oil change and tire rotation 10 minutes before closing time. you guys and gals are the best. if you want professional care for your vehicle I highly recommend this location edit: there needs to be a way to leave multiple reviews. this place is seriously the definition of above and beyond. only location I'll go to.Services: Tires
Friendly service mechanics with professional and clear communication, but the synthetic oil change was very expensive compared to other oil change locations. It was $130+ tax for my 2017 VW Jetta, and that was with a $15 discount. I decided to proceed with the oil change because I was already there. Included in the service was checking the air filter, but since the mechanics were unable to open the air filter cover because they said they were worried they would break the clasps, inevitably my air filter was not checked. They did check the car computer for any deficiencies, inflated the tires with air, and added windshield wiper fluid, so that was nice.
