I enjoyed all of my classes at Ji Hong with the masterful instructors. I felt welcomed and included In their community of resilient learners, young and not-so-young. The exercises are fun and challenging. I know my general fitness and concentration improved as a result of my time at Ji Hong.
This is a great place to learn Tai Chi! The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly.They teach Tai Chi movements and also the theory behind the movements! The teaching system is very organized . If you are interested in Tai Chi you won"t regret trying out this school!!!
Sifu May is Great Martial Art Master. Very organize system, friendly classmate. Always learn more than what i pay for. Until now, still cant find someone like Sifu May after i move to new town.
After seeing May demonstrate Tai Chi I thought no way am I going to be able to do those moves but after several classes and with here calm, simple teaching methods explaining each step I was able to learn the movements.If you want to lean 'real Tai Chi' this is the place to go to.
Great, very experienced instructors, small feels like private classes, great value. Highly recommend for anyone interested in real Tai Chi.
