The best counselling service I've ever had.
Receptionists, counsellors are all well-trained, thoughtful, kind and caring.
Each counselling, there's a 15-min break, when the counselor brings the client's concern to other counsellors to get 2nd opinion.  Which I find unique.  
For a family counselling, they expanded the time (not only 50-min or 1hr)

When I was sobbing by the window at waiting room, the reception lady brought me tissue box even though she was not able to see me directly... very compassionate.

Despite how the name makes it sound, they are welcoming to everyone. Very kind, thoughtful, accepting and wishing to help. Free parking is available if a bit limited. Everyone here is great. Highly recommended.
