My daughter and I attended Sparkles and out of all the stores we visited the sales woman in Jewelry Secrets were the friendiest!

Was here this past summer but only come across them and found the name now. Wanted a pair of earrings but there was a jewel missing from them. Sales girl assures me she has another pair and wraps them for me and I purchase, stupidly without checking them too and just trusting her. I leave store, get a bad feeling and take a look at them. Jewel is missing out of them too. I couldn't have been out of that store for more than thirty seconds. I go back inside and ask why she sold me another pair with a jewel missing and ask for my money back. She says they don't do refunds! Tells me she has ANOTHER pair thats a different shade of pink that she can exchange them for. This one has a defect and there is an extra jewel stuck to it! I point this out to her, getting pretty frustrated I was just cheated out of almost thirty bucks. She says she will give it to me with a 10% discount. So instead of arguing I just take it and leave. Most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever seen.

Staff are so helpful, a fun place to shop with lots of different gift ideas and clean, fresh and full of bling!
