Keith and his employees just completed an amazing job of body work and painting our 1979 F250 truck. We are thrilled with the gorgeous job they did. We left the truck with them over the winter and yesterday we came back to Manitoulin to open our camp for the season and got to see our truck. Keith and the staff went over and above our expectations when fixing my Hyundai Tuscon. We needed a full windshield replacement because it had a crack right across it. Also a deer decided to be up close and personal with the right side of the bumper. Everything ran smoothly from the estimate with insurance right to the end product of new bumper and windshield. My car looks BRAND NEW !! I was pleasantly surprised when getting into the car when it was ready that it smelled wonderful. They did a full auto cleaning and detailing at no extra charge. The car was spotless !. Not only that, but Jewell's Collision Centre guarantees their work for life. I highly recommend this shop for anything you need. Covid-19 has impacted so many businesses and has changed market trends. This has had an impact on motorcycle retailers and has their service shops booked solid. When I tried to have a new set of tires put on my BMW F800gs everyone was booking in mid July. I could not wait that long. I posted on social media that I was looking for a place to swap my tires out. Sean Rickard the head mechanic à Jewell's Collision Centre in Gore Bay sent me a quick note indicating that their shop could probably take me in but that they were a little out of the way. I called Keith the owner who has been doing body work and all types of repairs for over 33 years. I knew he was up to the task and they booked me in the next day. I rode 188kms one way from Sudbury to Gore Bay and was immediately taken in for service. I had time for lunch and then received a call the bike was ready to go. What can I say, quick service, flawless repairs and genuine customer service that you rarely get today. Truly an awesome experience. I will be returning with additional car work. The drive to and from Manitoulin Island is one of the most scenic in Ontario, Gore Bay is beautiful and the pace of life is at Island time. If you want a job well done and from someone who takes their time to do it right this is the place. Highly recommend Jewell's Collision Centre in Gore Bay.
