Janice helped me out at the counter. Late at night she was the only one working the registers very long lines. She was quick swift and very friendly. The person in front of me was irritated that there was only one lane open and let Janice know her feelings. When I was next she didn't let that seem like it phased her. She was cheerful and happy and I enjoy going to Jewel Osco
