I loved my hairdresser, she does a great job, she's the best... but since a year or two, it's really really busy. I cannot have any appointments in the next 4 weeks for a 15 minutes haircut of my son. Im sad, I loved this place, but their talent and success makes it too busy for us now. I will have to go somewhere else. I give it a 5* for talent and great experience, but I have to remove two stars for unavailability.

Lisa did a great job. I had very dark hair almost black. She transformed my hair to a beautiful light brown with gorgeous blondish high lights! Staff is super friendly. Great ambiance!

I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Sarah the new year's eve for a haircut. She did exactly what I wanted : to change the look without cutting shorter. I really appreciated it and I still like the haircut now!

Let’s just say the worst service I have ever seen in my life my Mom asked for blond or some sort of blond but she got yellow pee colour with orange highlights. I went back to ask for some sort of compensation from the hairdresser NADIA well she went off the handle and said it was my moms fault really if she knew how to do hair she would have done it don’t u think. Anyways bunch off winners that work there. Never again trust me.
