Hadn't had jets in 3 yrs. Tried it tonight, ordered online, I got new York style pizza and then bf got deep dish Cajun crust on that one. Ordered basically at 5pm, said 26 mins, got there a few mins early, and already done. Super fast. Great pizza, love the New York style, new favorite. Great customer service, zero problems.
Always good and freshly cooked. I normally order the Buffalo chicken ranch deep dish pizza I highly recommend with a side of boneless hot wings. My only complaint which is why I gave four stars as they always forget my Ranch. Other than that I highly recommend
Ordered a pizza and a cheese bread and the pizza was missing the crust topping and they forgot the cheese bread. Called them and they said the crust topping is free so they dont do anything when they screw it up. Driver brought the cheese bread later at least.
I love their pizza. You can get it round pizza square pizza or even the Detroit style. I have had the super supreme and the blt. Both worth going for. They also have salads and other items subs and desserts. Which ever your in the mood for. I like the new text to order so then it's not getting messed up or confused.
This is now the second time this location has forgotten the bottle of ranch I’ve ordered. This time I called the location and they were blaming it on the DoorDash driver. It’s best to note that I ordered through the Jets website so they are out sourcing the delivery through DoorDash. Ownership of how orders go out is on this location. Sadly because they mostly use DoorDash for delivery your pizza gets delivered cold because they do not have to tools to keep it warm.
Deliver is always 30 minutes more than what they say. Our family laughed when we got our brownie desert... A pizza place that can not cut a brownie pie.
Pizza is usually pretty good BUT they NEVER have slices ready… NEVER. Don’t advertise slices if you don’t ever have them. Especially during lunch and dinner.
Didnt even get to order. Wth is wrong with people these days? I remeber when you actually used to talk to a PERSON to order your food. Boycott all companies too lazy to talk to the people that pay their bills
Placed a walk-in order. The Cashier was polite, friendly and engaging. Our food was out in a timely manner. Very happy. It was hot and good. The antipasto salad was amazing. Their in house Ranch is absolutely amazing. Keep up the great work
Ordered 8/20/22 gave me some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had I've been sick all night throwing up and using the bathroom and it's 8:00 a.m. and I'm still sick as a dog wouldn't recommend one star as far too generous my pizza was burnt but I still try to eat it without complaining and I wish I would have just had them take it back because when the delivery guy got here I had a feeling something was wrong with my pizza and I asked him to look at it and he wouldn't let me.
