One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The onion, mushroom, and tomato toppings were plentiful but all in the center. The outer 3 inches of the pizza had a few scattered onions but not much else. I had to literally search for the few meat toppings that were on it to see if they were actually there. I thought for a minute we got someone else's vegetarian pizza. Won't be ordering from here again any time soon. The crust was pretty good though, that's why I don't give them a 1 star.
It sucks when it’s the only pizza your soul craves, and it’s never on time, it’s never hot, and it’s usually over cooked anymore. I’m giving 4 star bc the recipe makes my tastebuds dance, but I’m subtracting a star bc the service is becoming a reason to stop spending as much $ at the Haslett location. I understand it’s hard to find good employees, but being told 30-45 minute delivery time & and finally getting it at 90 mins, not even warm is really disappointing!
They have the best pizza I have ever tasted! We always order extra so we will have leftovers for the next day.
Favorite pizza ever. Here's a little tip: If you're ordering online and it says you're out of range, call the store and they'll probably still deliver.
I ordered a pizza online to be picked up at 530. My husband went there to pick it up and it wasn't even started. I received an email confirmation saying that they had received the order and that it would be ready for pickup at 530. The money was taken from our account when I placed the order. I am not very happy with this type of service. We have never had this issue before so what's up Jets? I really like your pizza but feel I can't trust ordering online with you. Why even offer the online ordering if you can't fulfill?

Previously, this was a one star review. After I decided to give this jets location another shot, I am so relieved. The delivery was about 20 minutes starting from the ordering process to having the pizza on my doorstep and the food is just perfect! I’m so happy i gave this Haslett location another chance because now I get to enjoy some of the best pizza in East Lansing, I recommend this jets from now on! Great work.
First time we've ever tried Jet's - after having lived in East Lansing for 29 years LOL. But we finally got around to trying the "Detroit Style" pan pizza. Bad night to order, given that it's a "bowl game night" in EL Spartans in Peach Bowl, and they were SLAMMED. Nevertheless, they made us three FANTASTIC pies - all of them cooked perfectly delicious crispy crust; fresh and tasty toppings - and they were ready exactly on-time online order for pickup. All in all, an A+ pizza experience. GREAT job, Jet's! :-
We ordered an extra large barbeque chicken pizza. It was very good. They told us it would be 20 minutes before we could pick it up. When we got there there were at least 8 to 10 people waiting for their order. They had a sign on the window that said only 5 people could be inside to wait. They were getting orders out fairly quick for as many people they had. Will go back again.
