It was my first time here, and I was really impressed there was a good buzz about the salon as soon as I walked in. Checked in at reception and was seated very shortly after. Kate did a consultation first, then cut my hair, blow dried it and straightened it too. My hair is difficult, so for someone new to me and my challenging hair type, to understand my needs, my hair and how to make it all come together...she did an amazing job I felt great leaving the salon, my hair had a new lease of life, looked and felt very healthy and even my husband said I looked hot when I got home!! I had a cup of tea made for me while there, and the toilet facilities were just as smart as the salon itself, very clean, spacious and well thought out. I will definitely be going back. I took my son here for his very first salon experience hair cut He is 3 years old. The salon is obviously very new and it is sparkling clean! It is very light and modern and exactly what you would want from a salon experience! A young man had the task of cutting my son's hair and I think he may have been new to the trade as he seemed a little nervous... However, he was amazing. He was really patient, he interacted with my son and he asked what we wanted done and executed it perfectly. He was really thorough, checking his work again and again which I am totally fine with, I'm a fan of a perfectionist! He was really amazing and I'm sure he will be a great asset to Jessica's in the future. We will be booking back in with them again! My son loves his hair cut by the way!

As always Chloe was absolutely marvellous. We talked about my hair and discussed what changes I thought I wanted. She explained what she was going to do and it’s exactly what I wanted. Incredible service. Elliot was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I have some ideas and then let him take over- and I got exactly what I imagined!! Franca always does an amazing job regardless of my requests at each appointment. She listens to my wishes and explains how we can achieve it. Professional and attentive. Cannot recommend enough and thank you for making my hair beautiful!
