Our visit to Jesse's Tap and Grill was a delightful. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the baked haddock - a succulent portion of haddock, pan-fried to perfection, and adorned with a mouthwatering parmesan crust that had delightful hints of zesty lemon and fresh parsley. The finishing touch was a delectable topper of spinach, tomato, and feta that elevated the dish to new heights. To complement the main course, we were served a colorful array of seasonal vegetables that added a burst of freshness to the plate. The fish and chips were nothing short of crispy perfection. The golden-brown coating encased tender and flaky fish, delivering a satisfying crunch. As for the kids, they couldn't have been happier with their choice of pogos accompanied by a heaping pile of deliciously seasoned fries. For dessert, they were treated to apple juice and yogurt tubes, which they thoroughly enjoyed. In addition to the delectable food, the service was exemplary. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience. With quick service and a welcoming atmosphere, Jesse's Tap and Grill truly left a lasting impression on us.
We happened upon Jesse's and visited for the first time, which happened to be on half price Pizza Night. I'm so glad we found this place! The pizza was absolutely delicious, we also ordered the loaded potatoe wedges for an appetizer, which was amazing. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of, the restaurant has a great vibe and is very clean. Highly recommend, this will be one of our new go-to's!!
Not what I expected at all. The place is well decorated, clean, stylish washrooms, loads of parking, easily accessable. The server was friendly, smart, relatable, quick and is a big asset to this place. I'd swoop her up if we were in Sudbury...lol I had a perfect Caesar, their Maple salad dressing made in house is worth eating salad. I had the beef dip, besides the garlic butter on the bun... I'd prefer a horseradish mayo,,, it was bang on the money of meat to cheese ratio. My friends plates all looked good too. I'm going to try their burger next time.
D and I went to Jesse's with friends. Restaurant was busy, even so, food and service was exceptional! I had the clubhouse 'n onion rings. Katy, our waitress was busy but still able to be attentive. My sense is even when busy, service and food are of a high quality. We will certainly be here more in the future!!
Not at all what you would expect seeing it from the outside. The place was happening. Staff was very professional . Our waitress Mady was bubbly and attentive . They had unique menu items. My partner had the smothered chicken generous serving tasty. The fish in chips was good Caesar salad best i ever had. Prices were good too. All.and all great experience .
Just got the full clubhouse and buffalo chicken wrap. This is the tomato you put throughout the sandwich see pic - all hard, white centers? Would you put it on one you'd make for yourself? Of course not, so don't put it on mine. The wrap was not as described. It has no tomatoes at all probably for the best!, missing the cheese, it seems Caesar dressing is on it it's supposed to be ranch, and the bacon is rubbery, pieces of fat see pic. And for some reason there's a taste of dill. Maybe clean the counter you're making food on? So this is what the new management thinks is ok. It's not.
Family of five… how do you flat out forget a complete meal. Then shove enough fries that tasted a week old I. My spot to keep me quiet and still failed to bring out food. Then you offer a free desert and forget to bring that out to. The food we did get tasted like it sat under the heat lamp for 20-30 mins Never again ! Good job !
Service was good for the most part, just a few things. I ordered water without ice and got lots of ice. Ordered a kids meal was not given a choice of yogurt tube or ice cream was just brought yogurt. And we never received a drink or asked what drink we wanted with the kids meal. Although we never thought about that until we were on our way home so I suppose half of that is on us as well. All in all we will definitely go back as the food is very good!!
My wife and I had Jesse's chip truck at lunch today for the first time in a long time and I was so incredibly happy! The gentleman serving/preparing the food was exceptional, polite, and courteous. What a fantastic experience and I am so excited to go back in the future! It's easy to spend $40-$50 on burgers/lunch; it's hard to find such excellent service and food! I'd give this review 500 stars if I could!
Prices are up and food quality is way down. $17 for a salad no protein with canned peaches and beets - pretty sad seeing as they’re in season! The place is too loud and service can often be quite slow. Always busy though as there’s not much other selection near by.
