Overpriced and useless accounting firm. They did nothing that we couldn’t have done ourselves online and then charged over $400 for the “service” Will never ever use them again or ever recommend them. Do not use this company!

This year was the first time using Jess&co and I have had a positive experience with Mark and the rest of the staff. Mark seems very knowledgeable about tax procedures and planning , I will continue to use their services moving forward.

Have a new small business startup and looking for an accountant. Sent them a message through their website contact form back on the weekend. It's Thursday afternoon and still no reply so I tried calling them and all I got was a recorded message at 2:30 in the afternoon. Totally not acceptable. Moving on to another company.

I've been using Jess and Co. as my CGA for my Victoria, BC based plumbing business for the past 2 years. Mark and his team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a CGA.
