This location is THE worst!! Employees talk about each other in front of customers. 5 people on shift and I still waited 20 minutes in line behind 1 person, while ALL take-out orders were tended to. Not a single employee said to us,, "I'll be right with you". Been there on several occasions and no Bacon ready or even being cooked. Terrible Terrible Find another location to get your Mike on!
The staff here are super friendly and very pleasant. Jersey Mikes always has great bread and I love their take on Italian subs. They wouldn't take 100's at this location so have smaller bills or a card with you.
Ordered two subs today via the Jersey Mike's app. Both were supposed to be on Rosemary Parmesan bread...when I picked them up, both were on regular white Italian bread. I had requested pickles on the side for both...neither had them. I had included our names so they could be marked and easily identified...that didn't happen. Finally, neither sub was cut in half. And the Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss sub seemed liked it had hardly anything in it. At these prices, I would expect a lot better. The whole experience was disappointing, and this isn't the first time this location has messed up an order. Not wanting to be insane, if I do ever order again from Jersey Mike's, it certainly won't be from this location.
I was going to get a sandwich around 8:05pm. There was 3 people standing by door knocking on it to get sandwiches as well. We were waiting for the pretty sandwich maker to open the door and she ignored us. She had 2 people inside waiting on sandwiches while she was making theirs. The open sign was on,and the hours say till 9pm. So we all left and had to go down to cousins subs. Thanks pretty sandwich maker lady. I was very disappointed, because I was looking forward to a sub. P.S. my sister owns 6 Jersey Mike's in Wisconsin Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee.
Took over 30 minutes for an online order. I ordered double meat and no green peppers. The meat seemed light and it had pieces of green pepper inside.
All subs were great but loved the steak portobello hot sub, veggie and the club sub. Great organized process and customer service. Commend your team.
I ordered on line and when I arrived the gentleman told me there was no number 4. I had ordered a number7 and a number 4. I said well I ordered it on line and paid for it. They kept asking me what was on the subs. I guess they don’t get the order. I got home and all we had was meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomatoes, pickles or anything. Will never order on line again
One of my favorites you can never go wrong with any of the subs and the juice is a game changer
Ordered 3 subs online with the names each sub. We went our separate ways and of courseThe bag that said hot was a number 13 and the other bag that's Said Italian, had the hot one . So 2 people out of the 3 got the wrong subs. This isn't rocket science!! Called the store back 15 minutes before closing and no one answered of course!!
