All of the staff at Jerry's Small Engine (Jerry, Jeremy, Rick, et.al.) have always treated me with the greatest amount of respect even though I'm only a "residential" customer. They provide bs-free answers, do speedy & superior repair work, and offer very high quality products. I recommend them highly!

Have purchased a number of Stihl products from them. The staff was knowledgable and answered all of my many questions.

Bought all my lawn tools from them. Great service. Never had a problem with them.

I came in to buy a brand new chain saw they had ordered for me and listened to them trash talk it in front of me until they realized I was the one there to buy it. I should have walked out right then and there. Trash talking their own equipment in front of customers that spend their hard earned money is hard for me to overcome. They're obviously not very knowledgeable about their own equipment. I will NOT be back, and I encourage others not to waste their time.

I ordered some replacement parts because they were the only place that had them after an exhausting internet search. Well, it took them two weeks longer just to ship than they told me, and when I finally got the parts, they were the wrong amount. The people on the phone were kind of friendly, the first few times they didn't pick up (despite during normal business hours they listed), and obviously couldn't order the correct amount. There's nothing more expensive than hiring an idiot. Where I live we have a plethora of retailers, and these clowns would have gone out of business years ago.
