Really happy with today's phone call. Shopping around for multi-line pricing and Kim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. We've been with Jennifer Poynton for over 20 years and she has been nothing but courteous, professional and helpful. For example, recently she went above & beyond an average brokers duty and fought for an incredibly great rate package for our home/auto renewal!! She is thoughtful,conscientious and a seasoned insurance pro....excuse the old cliche, but with Jennifer,... "you're in good hands."

The most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After the messed up my cancellation they never returned my phone calls for 3 days until they needed more money I can't believe these people are still in business
