After visiting a few orthodontists in the area we decided on Dr Jenkins for my daughter's braces. That was the best decision we could have taken. Since the first appointment, the nice warmth welcoming and the interaction with their kind and friendly staff. Judy went out of her way to make my daughter feel great and every time she has had an appointment, she is ready to go. I wish I had dentist like them when I was young. I see all the young boys and girls coming in and out of their appointments happy and relaxed. They are also very organized and you don't have to wait to be seen. Great experience. I will always be thankful as they also help me greatly with the financing of this treatment.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter had her braces put on two years ago. During those two years she went religiously for her maintenance appointments. When Dr. Jenkins said she was ready to have her braces come off I questioned him and said, "Are you sure her teeth are ready? I still can see the overbite". He said, "Absolutely, she is ready". As he was her orthodontist, we went with his expert opinion. When the braces were removed, her overbite was very apparent. Two years later, her teeth are no better than when we started. We went back to Dr. Jenkins about our concerns and he recommended we file down her teeth which we are against. We took our daughter for two other consultations and both orthodontists said she needs 4 teeth pulled (orthodontists never want to pull teeth) and braces put back on for another two years. Dr. Jenkins' cost was over $5,000. What a waste of time and money. I feel horrible for my daughter. She will now have to have braces in high school and would have worn braces for a total of four years, with an additional cost of another $6,000. Dr. Jenkins' reaction to this was "Her face will grow into her teeth". What a joke! I am reporting him to the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF ORTHODONTISTS. After speaking with other people we heard this has happened before. We wish we knew this before we went to him.

My name is Jeffrey Mercado and my experience at the beautiful Jenkins orthodontics was very amazing. The employees all were very welcoming and professional. I received a tour tour today and trust me every kid will end up smiling by the end of the tour. I truly do believe life is better with a smile and I'm glad Jenkins orthodontics put a smile on my face.
