Very comfy and cozy. Awesome park for children and the pool is very nice. The staff were very helpful and made us feel safe and valued. The owners are genuinely personable and I would definitely go back to stay there again. Even though some of the showers were breaking down they were nice, available at all hours, and efforts to fix them were made right away.
We had an amazing time! The staff were so accommodating and helped us park and made us feel like family. We were a little concerned about the old reviews and pictures before we came but the pool was beautiful and clean and very quiet spot . Very friendly people!!! It is close to everything the beach’s have to offer! We will definitely be back!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! this place was trash. Super crowded, you could tell the owners were greedy, the prices are ridiculous and they were literally trying to squeeze people into tiny lots so you didn't have any privacy. some of the seasonal/permanent guests were horrible and made certain we knew you weren't welcome. Very ugly experience and with it being $400 non refundable, we had no choice but to try to make it work. I will never be coming back or recommending this trash of a place to anyone. Right across the street, there's a beautiful campground, take your friends and family there, don't make the same mistake we did.
Never going back. Owners are greedy and have no knowledge of what is going on in their park. Charged me a cancelation fee for one night when my friends got covid "because they had to turn people away" and there were at least 20 open sites. They also were completely unaware the 5 19 year olds snuck onto the camp at 1130pm with their one paying friend and were screaming and yelling until 440am. When I discussed it with the owner the next day and asked if they were getting kicked out. He said he had to get money from them first for the night. The seasonal campers had a music war that went until 12am the following night. Again the owners could have cared less. The showers didn't work and it was just all around a horrible weekend.
Called this morning asking for a spot, the manager told me it would be 85$ and that they had availability for the 6th. I asked if he could see if he had a cheaper spot and to call me back as I still wanted to book, just wanted to see the best prices in the area, as you do. He said for sure he will check and took my info. He calls me back to tell me it'll actually be 100, that I can't book, but he can put me in a random trailer park 15 minutes away from wasaga instead. Not sure if that's an appropriate way to treat people, but that left a sour taste in my mouth for sure. Not cool buddy.
Went there for 3 nights during end of june, for 4 people 2 tents. It was 75$ a night, which is cheaper than the other locations i called. There wasnt many people there so we felt great. I dont think it wouldve been the same experience if it was more crowded because we wouldnt have had our intimacy. It is just a giant area where u put your tent with no intimacy between other tents. We could pick our spot further from the main road since we were alone. We still heard the cars in the morning. Toilets were kinda clean. I once went and there were insects in the bathroom in the morning. Shower is a dollar for 7 minutes. Water was hot. There was electricity, a table and a fire place. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. The staff are very friendly and tried to give us activity ideas. They sell ice cream which was very helpful during hot days. Campground is near area 7 i believe. U have to drive around 10 minutes to get to the main touristy area 1 beach. Overall, we had a great time. We recommend!
Great time family of 5 clean pool beach camper and fire It was a summer night to remember noticed camping area not much shade thankful I brought a tarp !! overall Great Canadian adventure will be back for a longer vacation hydro was good no brown outs and water was good pressure for the camper beach in 5 min walk once there I never wanted to leave
This place is the worst camping place I ever been to..very dirty they told me they had a spot for my 27' trailer and you can barely fit a tent...poor costumer service no refund tho they don't supply with what they say they have..
The place was good to spend a good time with the family, there were activities for children and adults, if we would camp here again.
Terrible experience, 75$ for tent spot, really small lots, next to the neighbours. The spot we reserved was taken, the lady gave us another spot with trash and vomit on it... Nasty toilets. The road was so noisy and our neighbours about 2m from our tent drank and blasted music until 2am. Stay away from there
