Jeffrey O'Connell, DMD

The office is state of the art with a very friendly and accommodating staff! I’ve had multiple fillings replaced by Dr. O’Connell, he’s always made me feel comfortable and relaxed in his chair. Overall my experience at Dr. O’Connell’ has been nothing but great. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I am writing this on behave of my wife who is completely disgusted with the way she was treated by O'Connell. I feel that getting the facts out is an important service that we all provide one another. My wife went in to have a crown done, the root was determined by O'Connell to be fine and did not need a root canal. The crown was completed and within hours my wife was in extreme pain. She called the office for help with the pain and was treated like some drug addict looking for pills. The person in the office refused to do anything and said that O'Connell was not able to prescribe any medications. Really? A Dentist that can not prescribe medication. She then hung up. After 2 more days of pain my wife made an appointment with another doctor to have the root looked at. Of course she had to wait another 5 days in extreme pain. He determined it needed a root canal and drilled 4 small holes in and performed a root canal. Pain gone problem solved, except for the 4 holes. She went back to O'Connell who spent 10 minutes and filled the holes and had the balls to then bill for $240. A letter was written and since O'Connell only care about money he blew my wife off. Well he made is $2,500 plus on her and could not care about what she went through and apologize for his staff. If you are looking for a fair, honest competent dentist look else where. You have been warned.

Dr O'Connell is a class act, from his lovely family and wife, to his brand new, fully furnished and equipped facilities! He is a excellent dentist , takes the pain and worry out of having dental work one, give him a try , you'll be satisfied! My wife and I are.
