Went to Jeffrey's Hardware looking for a very common item that goes with a piece of equipment that they sell. The employee looked at me like he had no clue what it was, or what I was talking about. I actually found this to be quite rude and I was not impressed. He proceeded to shout to the other employee and the other side of the store who shouted back "nope!" He then suggested Canadian Tire, whom of course had full knowledge, customer service and was able to provide the item no problem. Will not be returning to Jeffrey's. Five Stars for Canadian Tire!

Personal service all the way. I can get in and out in just a minute or two. Also if you are looking for something specific like a nut or a bolt. I can just buy one and not a package of fifty. The knowledge is unbeatable too.
