I got a great rate on my car insurance better then farmers...... almost too good to be true which I know will increase at some point but for now it's affordable on my budget

I have 15 policies with American Family through Jeff Williams and have for 20 years. Jeff is the type a blooded veteran agent you want working for you when you have a claim or you're being Underwritten for review. I firmly believe he goes in every year and works to get me the best price & coverage. Price matters but experience gained from fighting claims & underwriting are far more important.

Asked to receive my insurance i.d. cards instead received a letter notifying me my rates were doubled after having american family for 10 years. They will shamelessly take your money and give you excuses why its ok. Whenever insurance is the topic of a discussion I will let people know to stay away from american family and this office.
