Jean Coutu

I went there to check out their pimple patches, wasn’t sure if they where going to have the one I usually get so just wanted to browse and see if it’s worth it. I looked around the beauty section and couldn’t find it so I ask someone working there and I guess it was her department or something. She showed me them and then continued to just stare at me once I looked at her and said thank you, I started reading it but she wouldn’t move and I’m a very anxious person….. so I thought looking for my boyfriend she would leave me alone you know bc I’m walking away. But no she stopped me and said is that all or are you still shopping and I said I wasn’t done then continued to stare at the box bc I felt uncomfortable at that point with her just staring at me, so I was like I’m going to look for my boyfriend and she looked like I was about to rob the whole store because then she said “no no no you have to pay that right now before you go anywhere” I was shocked, and she was very rude. I didn’t know how much it was because usually I look to see if the item is what I want before checking the price, or if they where good enough as the ones I usually get I still had to pay on the spot just so she can get her “sales” or what ever she thought she was doing it was NOR a good representation of Jean county and how they make there costumers feel and be treated

Great staff, the prices are too high especially when having a dollorama right next to you. One item I bought at the dollorama was 4$ but in the Jean coutu it’s 8$ or more.

They have $6 fees if you buy a $50 gift card. Unacceptable
