My wife has shopped extensively at this store over the past year. She recently bought a top which she hand washed and hung to dry and noticed holes in it when we went to dinner. When she contacted the store, they essentially blamed her saying nobody else had an issue. They would not issue a credit or refund. She contacted the owner who blamed the supplier for only allowing returns on sub-standard product for 30 days after the store received the inventory. In other words issues are absorbed by the business, or in this case, the customer. If you shop there, do so with a sharp eye on what you are buying and/or purchase with a credit card that has return protection.
Was totally misled about the price of the item and my wife was take advantage of when having to pay and watch our daughter at the same time. When I called to to enquire about my receipt they said it was final sale and cannot return even after knowing that their staff misled us with the price. If I had known what the real price was I would not have bought the item. Seeing it was their poor service that put me in this situation, even with a final sale, they should have apologised and offered for me to return the item. Very happy to take my money even when lied about the price. And as if you would not offer to correct your mistake. What business etiquette is this?
Poor customer service and very unfriendly. I will never shop this location again. Very sad experience. Was told rudely to keep my shitzhu in my vehicle when it was 27 degrees outside...leave your vehicle running with the air on. While the owner has his 2 dogs in the store .
I love the selection. Was guided to tops that would suit me. Never miss the end of season sales!!! Shop here every time I am in town!
A wide selection of name brand clothing. Great selection of accessories as well. The store staff were very nice and helpful.
Carry my favourite jeans Silver as well as a large variety of clothes and shoes. Friendly and helpful staff.
