Great hair cuts amazing tattoos

Total RIP OFF!! I went in with pictures of the hair style I wanted. Jay was either too lazy or didn't know how to do it because I sat in his chair for 3 minutes max and all he did was make a few snips here and there. I left the place with the exact same hair I had when I walked in and I was $26 poorer. Total scam, don't go to this guy he sucks.
