We dined in at a rather odd time, for early dinner at around 5pm. Hosts were very welcoming, and the pizza options presented were very intriguing to us. Food arrived at table quite quickly. We were pleasantly surprised over the quality of food and the service. Hoping to visit next time around!
Great local pizza place. If you're looking for generic pizza this isn't for you, if you're looking for good pizza than this is the place. We ordered 2 apps and 2 pizzas. Everything came out perfect. I would definitely come back here when I'm craving good pizza.
Cost too high for quality and quantity. Preferred Lou Lou’s for pizza. Fries were the best of the whole meal. Cauliflower breading was too thick, but sauce was good. Basil on pizza was browned because they cooked it vs adding at the end. Note: While we didn't dine in, it does have one of the best mountain views for eating.
I realize that most of the beauty of a restaurant is who you are dining with. Great friends. Great food and the views were amazing. This one came recommended from the locals and the rooftop dining helped us soak it all in!
Wood fired pizza? Yes please. What a great place, friendly speedy wait staff, tasty cocktails and beautiful pizzas. If you can reserve a seat on the patio or the roof top in good weather, take advantage!! The taste of the wood oven on that pizza is something spectacular.
I've never been so let down by a wood-fired pizza. This was a highly anticipated stop for me as I love a good wood-fired pizza. However, as appealing as the pizza looked, it was cooked quite poorly and didn't have much flavour. It was very floppy and soft to the point that I had to eat it with a fork and a knife. Also, as you may expect from a tourist town, it was costly! On a positive note, the dining area was beautiful, and the staff was kind and friendly.
Great wood fire pizza. Service was good. Cauliflower appetiser was spicy and tasty. Chicken and bacon pizza with white sauce was great at dinner and the next day as a cold leftover. Worth the money - a lot of it. Well done - I would go back again.
It’s not normal for me to review a restaurant while I’m still at it. It’s even less normal for me to review it on fries alone but they absolutely nail them here. That combined with an extremely tasty burger that I finished quick so I could get back to the fries; I can only imagine how good the pizza is!! Well, next time. I’ll be back for sure!!!
Came to Jasper Pizza Place at the recommendation of the lovely staff at HI Jasper. Ordered the Annette, Golden Duck, King of New York Wood fire pizzas and the Sicilian Thick Crust. Thought the thick crust was significantly better in value and topping ratio. The pizzas were pretty pricey but ingredients were fresh and flavour combos worked well. The Golden Duck was sadly lacking duck but again had great flavours and duck was cooked well. The roof top patio was very cozy with heaters and a fantastic view of the mountains.
Great cosy place to have pizza as the name of the restaurant suggests. We went for the truffle mushroom on thin crust and it was so divine. I wasn’t a fan of the bbq chicken on thick crust. First time having poutine as well, and I would most definitely stick w my fries staying crispy instead of soaked in gravy.
