The museum is made up of three galleries:
The Fred Kofin Gallery includes exhibits on the fur trade, the railways, early tourism, the park and its warden service, as well as the history of the town of Jasper itself.
The exhibits in our Showcase & Alcove Galleries change several times a year. These galleries feature exhibits which are culturally and historically significant to the area.
To preserve and make available for research and exhibition documents and artifacts that serve to illustrate the human history of Jasper National Park and area and the Yellowhead corridor. The museum is located in Alberta, Canada.
The Historical Gallery includes exhibits on the fur trade, pioneers, the railways and early tourism in Jasper National Park. Among the artefacts on display are Curly Phillips’ canoe and the ice axe recovered from Mount Alberta.
