Our first car's insurance has been bought from this company for almost 5 years. Recently, we have also added our house insurance and got a really good deal. Helen Zhang's services are amazing! Firstly, she is always on our side trying to find the best package that fits our case the most and costs the least. Secondly, every time I contact her, even if i ask many questions, she is always very patient to answer them and could always clearly explain in detail. Moreover, when I call her if she is online helping with others, she will respond to us immediately either through phone calls or by messages even if it happens after business hours. I also have got services from many other insurance agents, so far, she's the best!!! It's our fortune to know her, and I really recommend her as your agent because she will never let you down!
