Tarts are quite good - egg tarts, esp coconut tarts! But other items are a mixed bag. The coconut bread perhaps too much yeast, you can smell the faint hint of alcohol. The was lumpy and dry.

I have tried many Asian bakeries in Richmond and Vancouver. Janice Cake shop, is by far the BEST place for cakes. Their mango cake is so fresh and fluffy, yet still satisfying your sweet tooth! All of the cakes I have tried taste of high quality and you can tell they use the best ingredients!

I highly recommend their durian cake! They give you chunks of it in between layers of their soft sponge. Their sponge is not overly sweet so the fruit can really shine!

Excellent and friendly customer service! The cakes are also high quality! They taste excellent and they are not too sweet! And they are not expensive! would definitely go back again!
