A spot that's worth the drive from Fredericton. With a fairly large outdoor patio with some quaint lighting in the evenings, it has quite the modern, comforting feel right from the get go. Inside is bright and spacious and the menu is varied with great visuals on the wall. In one corner, you can see a cute light tree with a wooden high chair and their award for #40 in Canada's top 50 burgers which after eating here, is well deserved. The staff who I think may have been the owner as we were there at an odd hour was very nice and offered table service. I had the maple burger which was only slightly sweet, allowing you to take in all the other flavours from the cheese, bacon and especially the bun. The bun was well buttered and added some much richness to the burger, it was fantastic. It also wasn't monstrous like a lot of food in North America has gotten, especially burgers. It's large enough with the fries and small portion of either chips or red cabbage sauerkraut that you don't need anything else, except for one of the local brews either in a can or on tap. My wife had the kimchi burger which was equally delicious and diverse in flavours. Having kimchi on a burger was a surprisingly delicious addition. This is a really hidden gem. They make some of the best burgers not only in Canada but in North America. So clean, so yummy, nothing greasy, fantastic fries, we just wanted a quick bite, but we got the best burgers ever. Thank you so very much. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Quiet place with a great atmosphere. For a gourmet style burger, service was unbeleivably quick. Flavour combinations were absolutely delicious. You will not be disappointed. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger available. Parking: 10
Fantastic burgers! Tiny menu only 7 burgers, hence the name but quality food. Sides are fab: red cabbage slaw, sweet potato fries or homemade kettle chips. Beer on tap and in cans. Kid-friendliness: There are kids' menu options.
I would say this place has one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life and I don’t even really like burgers! We arrived at 3pm and the owner working and handling the whole restaurant by herself. She had a steady stream of customers and our food still came in a timely manner and was delicious. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this place! It is a hidden gem.
Lucky to have found this place as we were passing through NB. Some nice local craft beers, the best fried pickles I've ever had and an excellent veggie burger. The place is charming and the staff is very friendly. Bringing the term "service with a smile" to life. Oh and the salad was amazing, don't think I've ever said that in a review before, avocados, raspberries with a nice homemade dressing.
The burgers we had were excellent. The people working there were friendly and helpful. It was pretty busy when we were there. My wife had the Summer Beach Burger and it was delicious. Not many fries included. Kids meals are reasonably priced.Food: 5/5
Oh my goodness; I have driven past this place many times; I am glad that I went in there on Saturday evening. This place gave me one of the best burgers that I have ever eaten. Everything on the plate was flavourful! I had french fries and didn’t even use ketchup; they were so tasteful on their own. The burger was fresh hamburger meat formed into a patty and deliciously prepared; the accompanying bun was toasted to perfection, providing the perfect element of crunchiness. Dietary restrictions: Anything you don’t want or can’t eat, they don’t put it in your burger. Parking: Ample Parking
What a found !!! I'm glad I ate there today. The staff was so nice and friendly. Service was quick for the others tables but for mine, I ordered in advance and I asked to have our meals for noon and they did it ! Everything was hot and so yummy. When my spouse arrived, everything was ready. Very pleasant place
First time at Jane's, it was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. I was with 6 friends we got 5 different burgers so a good variety of menu items. Everyone was blown away with the quality and taste, easily in the top 5 burgers I ever had, the fries and coleslaw were amazing as well. I highly recommend the classic combo.Food: 5/5
