I have nothing but great things to say about Jamie. In the midst of a real estate boom he was able to help my family and I find our first home. We didn’t think it was even possible at the time! He showed patience, was knowledgeable and very understanding with our budget. He provided a lot of guidance and was honest about the whole process. Thank you Jamie for your commitment and support! Working with Jamie, made our hard job of selling our home easy.  Excellent tips on what to do, what to expect, and always answered our questions timely with expertise!  I would recommend and have to anyone and everyone.  We didn’t feel like “just clients” we were important to him.  After 28 years in our home it was a sad day when it was sold.  A couple months later, Jamie comes for a visit!  He had a painting commissioned of our home as a gift!  Needless to say, tears of joy, sadness but also in the kindness of giving us one last treasure from our home.

I have been able to work along side Jamie for about a year now, taking photos & videos of his listings. He is very professional, but still down to earth & friendly. He is very easy going, and goes out of his way to help out. I have seen him interact with buyers & sellers and he brings nothing short of the best!  If you’re looking to buy or sell, Jamie is your guy!

We worked with Jamie both when buying and selling. Both experiences were absolutely great. He got us into a new home when we had a tight window to make an offer and sold our old home without adding any stress to us. Nothing fazes him, and I cannot recommend him enough!

Our family has had the priveledge of working with Jamie a few times over the years.  We moved home from Alberta when I was on mat leave.  Jamie had all the patience carting us from house to house and answering all of our questions.  When we finally found a home we liked we started the process which Jamie made super simple.  After a couple years we decided we may want to  to move again.  Jamie took us to a couple homes in the area we wanted and we didn’t see anything we loved.  Jamie explained the ins and outs of selling our house before having something lined up.  We weren’t sure we wanted to take the risk without a home we loved waiting. A couple weeks later Jamie met with my husband and I and was honest about what we should do to have our house ready to sell and what he felt was reasonable to expect if we listed.  This was beyond helpful as my husband and I had very different thoughts on what we should spend our time and money on.  After a few more months  and home renos done he came back and helped stage and list our home.   He was very professional but wasted no time telling us what had to go and what was needed  I will never not make my bed properly or hang my curtains wrong again. It gave me a good laugh.   Our home ended up selling faster than we anticipated we had an offer within 48 hours accepted which all of a sudden gave my husband cold feet about our new budget and no home we loved.  Jamie was so kind and compassionate at a stressful time.  He knew what to say to ease our mind but brought humour which was needed. He gave us time to think and was not pushy.  We ended up finding a home in an area we fell in love with and didn’t have an overlap for our closing dates.   At the time I said I’d never ever move again and I’m not sure if that’s true but I know we would never deal with anyone but Jamie Smith.  Not only is he a great realtor what he does to give back to our small community is top notch.  He cares about this little town by the marsh.    I could never say enough good things about Jamie and his professionalism.   He’s the best.

As first time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jamie was able to answer all our questions, provide information we didn't even know we wanted, and more! We had to move quickly after our long term home rental sold. It was a very nerve racking time. However, Jamie made the process run smoothly and without little stress. He walked us through everything with ease and made the buying process enjoyable. Thank you Jamie, we couldn't have done this without you!!

Jamie is extremely personable and an excellent real estate agent, who takes the worry out of every step of the process of house selling. Even when an unexpected issue arose with the buyer, Jamie stayed on top of things and we were able to complete the sale without delay. I would definitely recommend Jamie for all your real estate needs!

We used Jamie for our move to NB from Ontario and he was incredibly helpful, showing us an insane amount of properties in just one day. Jamie helped us navigate unfamiliar neighbourhoods and housing market and find the perfect spot for us to settle. We have another move coming up and he will be our first call!
