Jamie was a fantastic partner in our home buying journey, effectively negotiating and advising us throughout the process of both selling my condo and buying our home. Jamie recently facilitated the sale of my condo and did a fantastic job. The entire process was stress-free and his team helped arrange painting, staging and cleaning. The condo sold over asking due to Jamie’s hard work and diligence. I will definitely use Jamie for my next purchase or sale!

I recently closed on my 2nd purchase through Jamie. I don't consider Jamie to be my 'realtor'. I look at Jamie more so as my business partner who works hard to ensure my money is well spent on the right property. Furthermore, he is an amazing people person and has an uncanny ability to make a daunting purchase feel like a walk in the park.  When it's time for my next purchase I will without a doubt work with Jamie again. If you're looking for someone who gets to know you and 'gets it', Jamie is the man for you!

Jamie and his team at PSR facilitated the purchase of our new condo in Toronto. Mr. Sarner was professional, tenacious as one must be in this market, and very detail oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again in the future. Extraordinarily knowledgeable about the high-end Toronto real estate market.

Jamie is not only the best agent that will represent you and certainly sell your home, but Jaime will also be your rock, your person of unwavering stability, during what can be a very stressful time.

Receptionist is very rude. As the first face of the company, the receptionist shouldn't be as rude as she was. She didn't acknowledge me when I entered or approached the desk. I literally had to say hi first, to which she rolled her eyes and said a very unwelcoming hi. When asked a question, she didn't respond very clearly so I attempted to clarify what she said, and she rudely interrupted and repeated her sentence again in an obviously exasperated manner. Needless to say, I walked out of there. Brown hair, big glasses, young.

Zero empathy and arrogant. Caused undue stress on purchase of house during COVID seemingly just to look good.
