We ordered our engagement rings online, and loved all options to customize and create the perfect rings for us. Customer service was fantastic, both online and in-person when we visited the shop. The rings were shipped directly to us as we live out of province, and they were even more beautiful than we imagined. Thank you for everything.
We had a custom ring done at Jagoes and the customer service was second to none. The entire experience was fabulous, they were helpful every step of the way. Luc created a beautiful piece and done surprisingly fast at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jagoes to anyone, we will definitely be going back!!
Great service and excellent advise from the woman who works here very knowledgeable about all jewelry in store and what is available to order from the catalog. We have purchased 3 different items here and are extremely happy with all them. Prices are reasonable as you will get the quality that you pay for. If quality is what you are looking for then this is the place to shop for all your jewelry needs if it is gold, silver, diamonds or anything else DO stop here you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the staff for the great service can not wait til the next time we are in to purchase some other items.

Excellent service, all around : sales, custom work, and repair. I recently had clasps added to an antique bracelet for security see picture and it looks like they've always been there! The free polish was a nice touch too.
The staff at Jagoes' went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for, quickly, and at a great price. Denis was able to correct my error in diamond selection so the color would match, and arrange to have my product drop shipped directly to me avoiding shipping delays. Communication was quick and easy. Will definitely do business with them again, and I recommend anyone else looking for great customer service does the same.
I sent a message on their Instagram page Sunday night the day before Labor Day to see if the watch I was looking for everywhere was still available. The next day, in the middle of the holiday they replied and guided me through the steps to order online. On Tuesday the watch was shipped and today, Wednesday morning it is on my wrist! I was kept informed throughout the process. I have never had such personalized service! I highly recommend everyone to go see them or visit their website!
BEWARE IF YOUR SELLING JEWELLERY OR GOLD. I went to the shop yesterday with a small gold ring which the guy offered me $200 after checking it over and I had a gut feeling that he probably thought I was a young kid that didn’t know anything about the rings because the price didn’t match what I had googled and researched so I didn’t take his offer and instead I went to two pawnshops in Moncton and Riverview and the first pawnshop offered me 290$ and the other one off for 325$ after testing the ring. IF YOU ARE YOUNGER OR OlDER PLEASE DON’T GO THERE. I’D FEEL SO BAD IF HE TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE ELSE. I ALSO SENT A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB.
Very quick and efficient! I had to have my ring resized as it was too big. The process and risks were communicated anf the outcome was beautiful and quick Thank you!
Amazing customer service! Came in to get my chain fixed, they did it in less than a minute and didn’t even charge me a fee. Will definitely be returning.
