Lucky to be alive Truck from this company carrying an over height load hit an over pass while travelling in the lane beside me. Causing baseball size chunks of concrete to rain down on my vehicle. Concrete went through my windows and into the cab of my vehicle How does something like this happen ? Is there no regard for public safety ?
