Jacques Cartier Pizza

August 5, 9:00 PM. Place was empty but busy for take outs. We waited 25 minutes, not a problem. The service was ok, order was taken Familial Special and brought to the table. 2 Pepsi, 1 fry and 1 14 inches pizza. Pizza looked bad and showing signs that it waited for a while before being served. Cheese was not hot and quite "SET". Also, to our surprise for a 14 inches pizza, 2 inches "on the diameter" had nothing on it, just a crust that has been hammered I would say. It really looked like they put toppings for a 12'' on a 14''... The fries were dark brown and just not edible. Usually you can get golden crisp fries. I am disappointed, I am a regular at this location but always do take out. I do not recommend this location based on what I was served last night. Total let down. I have good memories on when the store opened, Pizza was comparable to Como and it was very awesome.

Service was a bit long for a submarine sandwich. Place was clean. Presentation was ok. Tasted delicious.Food: 5/5

Best pizza in the area. However, quality seems slipping this year. Last time my aunt ordered from this place, all 3 of them got sick and had to fight for the toilet. I was somehow fine. I do not recommend the bacon pizza, it was a sluggy mess and tasted awful. Pepperoni pizza is the way to go.

I come here every time I am in town. I love their pizza, Como lost one customer!

My Girlfriend ordered the 14" family special only to arrive and be given a 12" pizza, no cans of soda or fries and was told because it was a 12" pizza there is no special....although they caused the error by making the wrong size. They did not want to do anything to make it right. Just to add to it, the green peppers were almost burnt. I understand staffing is probably hard to find right now however teach the basic's of good customer service to your employees. We use to order from there all the time.

Wow, that was a mistake of my life to by a pizza over there!!!! Bought a small pizza over there and the same night my 2.5 year old, my wife and my self all 3 had gastro!!! Baby woke up all soiled , wife got up 3 times to the bathroom sorry for the details Crazy!!! Hope who ever doing food inspections will be passing soon in there. Stay away from this place.

I ordered a italian pizza. Boy, I never got disappointed to this extent. This tasted like frozen pizza with canned tomato sauce. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat pizza there. How can you go wrong on pizza but wow .

I've ordered from this pizzeria dozens of times now. I've never been disappointed once. It's very cheap. the ingredients are of high quality.The pizzas are tasty the fries are nice and salty and on top of that I always get high quality service. I definitely recommend trying it out.

Pizzas are delicious at most Jacques Cartier Pizza and its the case here. The staff is friendly here unlike the grumpy rude people at Brossard C section location. The problem with this location is that everything was extremely salty, the pizza, the sub and the fries. If it is salty for me, I can't imagine how it is for other people. And the fries are the soft dark brown à la belle province style. Its not eatable.

The pizzas are tasty and full of fresh ingredients, and the pick up service was friendly and without any complaints. The onion rings were of typical/average quality, but tasted good and fresh, while the fries were average. Nonetheless, as other reviewers have mentioned, the prices are a bit expensive here.
