Placed an order 12/21/22. Was told it would be ready in two weeks. Had to pay in full. It is now January 30th.

Bought some beautiful fixtures here. A real mark of a great business is when things don’t go perfectly and they make it right with no difficulty. Brett took good care of me. And their electrician is also amazing, working out solutions for some difficult applications to make sure I got what I needed. He is reliable and great to work with. Very happy with the whole company!

The store has a very nice selection, helpful and knowledgeable salespeople and the WORST management and systems I have encountered in a long time. I had to pay in advance and my order was held up by the manufacturer due to lack of parts. I called at least 10 times chasing down Steve Jacobson who appears to be the only one who can take care of customer problems. Unless it’s a refund and then he claims to be helpless. I finally got my refund and plenty of aggravation along the way. Go somewhere else where there is competent management. This is not the place.

Went in to check out lighting. Found the prices very high even though they have many signs touting the prices are half off. Half off of greatly inflated prices. Found the same fixtures on-line 25 to 40 % less. Most of the fixtures are made in China. Yes, they have designer names but that does not equate to quality. I purchased one fixture here several years ago. The design and material quality was poor. Yes, it was unique but still made in China just like Menard's lighting and over five times the price.

They are very unprofessional and I will never buy anything from them. They told me my fixture would be delivered in 3 weeks. That didnt happen. They then said 4 more weeks and week from that passed no phone call. Each time i had to call and follow up. They do have nice products and now i go to look at my options if i cant find them somewhere else and place an order online. They will not make another dime from me.

It appears this is a far from honest business. Purchased canned lighting on a Sunday and was led to believe we would get a call "this week" from the electrician to schedule installation. Two weeks has gone by and I have had to call several time and left several messages to finally reach the electrician who is only there between 8am -9am. 15 days later when I finally get a call back he says they are still waiting for the light with no idea when they can arrive. Let's see if the store manager Steve will remedy the situation and refund my money back.

We just went to look and ended up buying three lovely fixtures. With professional help we found our perfect lighting solutions.

Called to see if they have a 3000-3500 lumen LED fixture. He's an expert but he can't tell me if he has any.
