Jacky made a mistake on my permanent eyeliner (the first eye looked okay and then she put a wing on the other side even though I had expressly stated that I did not want the eyeliner winged) and refused to fix it.  This woman is all about taking your money and doesn't seem to care if her work looks awful. Poor customer service, poor permanent makeup skills.

Recommendation: Stay away
