Jacksons Burger

I’m giving it 3 stars because the customer service was good, but truth be told the burgers are mediocre at best. I ordered the holy guacamole, very different from the pictures honestly. I expected so much more given the price point which didn’t reflect on the quality of the meal. Fries were generic, milkshake was subpar and I came in with high expectations for the milkshake which I don’t know how you can go wrong with it. This is not a bash on the quality because there seems to be good hygiene standards, the meals were not horrible they were simply not as advertised and I would personally take my money somewhere else next time.

Hats off to professionalism of staff here ! one of the best burgers in the city. Fries here are more crispy & flavor melts in mouth smoothly.

Worst poutine I can ever recall having. Too dry the 2 teaspoons of gravy in the whole dish can be seen in underside pic and paltry curd level.Food: 2/5

2022-06-07 $16 for a cheeseburger and small fries. The meat was dry. The fries were old and chewy. I do not recommend coming here.

I love this place! The guys that work there are very nice & really accommodating. They opened the doors for me even when they were closed and whipped me up a burger! The burgers are also really tasty and lots of cool & interesting options if you wanted to try something different!

I had a Bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The cheese was fake. Patty was smashed thin and dry. Looks nothing like the thick and juicy patties in the pictures around the restaurant. Onion rings were a good sized serving but, not crispy. The last time I was here was five years ago. When I came in at 12:30pm I was their only customer. I am not sure how they stay in business. Friendly staff

Wife and I were staying in Toronto for a surgery our daughter is having and not impressed with hospital food, decided to stop by here for a bite to eat. Got there 11:15pm or so and placed our order. Wasn't expecting to wait 25-30min for our burger, fries, and poutine and especially didn't expect to be kicked out 15min before closing. Would have passed entirely if we had known since we wanted to sit down and relax while we eat. I didn't like the burger, it was dry and the bun was wet/greasy but I liked the fries. Wife liked her poutine and I did too, it was the only redeeming quality of the meal. Honestly, for spending $30 for two we expected a bit more. Not very prompt service and food is okay.

We saw a burger place near by. Low and behold these were GREAT burgers!! So fresh! Clean and simple place! Highly recommended! They are really open as web search stated they are closed.

Probably the best place for their poutines which are deadly! The Nutella shake is another level of yumminess. Absolutely enjoyed this place. They have a crazy variety of burgers which are definitely worth trying. Like how often have you heard of a peanut butter and jelly burger??!! Ir was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Not only did I ask for a cheeseburger which they charged me for, they forgot to put cheese on it. The burger was dry and salty. Very disappointing, definitely would not recommend eating here.
