It's a great place to see Lake Simcoe, the water so clean that you can see the stones and water plants from 6 feet easily. There is also light house and beutiful scenery specially in fall season which enhance the beauty of the lake.
We live nearby and this is a beautiful spot to walk. The Town recently paved the parking area of the Malone Wharf, and we are hoping they install some benches for visitors to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the harbour and lighthouse!
Beautiful place for kids and adults as well. Despite of the fact you're not allow to cook or to fish there.
This was a good choice for a family day trip. It was very calm and not crowded. The harbour view was gorgeous. This place was well maintained and parking was easy. It was worth the trip!
Came here for the first time. We were in the area visiting the Sunday Farmer's Market in Georgina. Unfortunately, it was too chilly and there was too many flies to explore the area. We will be coming back. P.S. there's a cute lighthouse!
